About John Laub

Hi, I’m John Laub. I am the owner and operator of CJ Home Inspection. I have been a licensed home inspector for the past 10 years. I earned an Associates degree in Residential Construction at SUNY Morrisville in 1993. Since then, I have spent close to 30 years working in the home building industry doing everything from foundations to roofing and everything in between.

Meeting new people and inspecting homes is what I enjoy the most about being a home inspector. My goal is to provide you with all the information you need to know about the home you are about to buy. I provide a very detailed and informative report that is easy to read and presents you with the information you need to know to move forward with confidence.
