Air-Conditioning systems will be inspected only when the outside air temperature has been above 65 degrees for 12 hours or more. If necessary, and upon notification by the client, we will make a return visit to inspect these systems at no additional charge. Should roofs, walkways, decks or other areas be snow covered at the time of the inspection, we will return to inspect these areas when notified by the client that they are clear for no additional charge. Rates are based on properties located within 25 miles of Cazenovia, NY.
